QIP is a freeware ICQ client with the close sources.
The main purpose of this program is the instant messages transferring through the opened public servers. You can easily exchange with messages, and even files (including photos, pictures, archives etc.) using this program.
The main differ from the similar programs is a very high reliability of connection, very simple and comfortable interface and a lot of settings for appearance and handiness.
