DjVu (phonetic shortening from «Digital View») is an images compressing technology with the losses, developed for scanned documents keeping. It is an effective decision for all arrange nuances transferring, e.g., historical documents where not only the content, but also the colour and the texture of paper, the vellum defects, the fingerprints and so on are also important.
