MDI viewing
MDI (Microsoft Document Imaging) is a format, used by the Microsoft Office Document Imaging. It bases on the TIFF (Tagged Image File Format), but has some advantages, such as:
- the lesser file size,
- better quality.
In each format text and image saving with the OCR recognition is available.
The lack of MDI format is its closed status. The format may be edited only with the "native" software. But we can view or convert it to TIFF with the application below.
